P7948 is a high-yielding forage maize hybrid for favourable sites, delivering very high dry matter yields and good starch content. Large and robust, it shows excellent lodging and eyespot resistance, with strong standing power. Tested over 32 PACTS sites (2021–2024), it outperformed controls and offers exceptional forage gas output, making it ideal for energy-focused silage production.
