ES Metronom FAO 225

ES Metronom FAO 225

This FAO 225 variety is a proven, high-yielding maize variety. Later maturing and tall with wide erect leaves, it makes full use of the growing season, producing strong, blocky cobs with excellent ripeness. Exceptional disease resistance, stay-green traits, and lodging tolerance ensure superior silage and consistent performance on medium to favourable soils.

Cob Ripeness

Very good cob ripeness for the maturity group. Potential for huge yields on the right land. Cob ripening days after Lovely + 22.

Maturity Group

FAO 225. Later maturing variety that makes full use of growing season to boost production. Suitable for the best maize regions.

Quality and Digestibility

Good cob on big plant with strong stay green characteristics. High yield and quality combine to produce superior silage.

Yield
